Solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridge is a kind of sample pretreatment device developed from the chromatography column for extraction, separation, and concentration. SPE technology is based on the theory of liquid-solid chromatography and adopts selective adsorption and elution to enrich, separate, and purify the samples.
