With PTFE/silicone septa, the crimp cap of crimp top sample vials provides a larger target area to improve the accuracy of the autosampler needle. Compared with the crimp caps, the snap top sample vials are generally more convenient as they can be operated by hand very easily. And the screw thread top sample vials we have are widely used for applications which are critical to the stability of the glass.
We also have headspace vials which are suitable for headspace analysis of volatile solids and gases with the material of extractable borosilicate glass with low expansion rate, high-temperature resistance, and high chemical stability.
