Design Safety And Calibration Of Bottle-Top Dispenser

Design Safety of Bottle-top Dispenser
Hawach bottle-top dispenser is a kind of accurate liquid collection instrument, which is specially used for acid, alkali, salt solution, and organic solvent quantitative separation equipment. It is fixed on the reagent bottle through the screw valve, and the closure is tight and firm, which makes the removal process of solvent in a closed system, avoids the harm to the environment and humans, and is much safer than the liquid transfer process with completely open cylinder type. At the same time, different milliliters of liquid can be accurately measured by the calibration device.

Calibration of Bottle-top Dispenser
1. The bottle-top dispenser is calibrated by measuring the method. After removing the waste liquid for the first time, wipe off the droplets that may form on the drain nozzle of the dispenser liquid pipe and refill as required by the user. In the calibration process, it must ensure that the strength of the pull-up piston is gentle. Make sure the piston doesn’t hit the travel limit too quickly in case the result is a large error.

2. Put the weighing container into the electronic balance, wait for the balance to show stability, press the operation key to skin the balance to zero. Adjust the capacity of the bottle-top dispenser to the calibrated point.

3. Remove the weighing container from the balance and remove the lid of the weighing container. Fill the weighing vessel with water for the detection of the liquid remover at the mouth of the bottle. When in contact, the conveying end of the tip of the drain tube is at an angle of approximately (30-45) degrees Celsius from the inner wall of the vessel placed on the surface of the liquid, roughly pulling (8-10)mm along the inner wall of the weighing vessel, removing the tip hole or any droplets around it, and capping the lid.

4. Place the weighing container on the scale plate, record the value displayed by the balance at this time, and measure and record the temperature of distilled water in the container at this time.

5. The above actions are repeated 6 times to determine the accuracy and error coefficient. The calibration points are 10% of the total capacity, 50% of the total capacity, and the total capacity. If the bottle mouth distributor does not have a 10% scale display of total capacity, a minimum and stable calibration point can be selected for calibration.
