The disposable vacuum filter is an optional alternative to the solvent filter. Generally, it consists of a diaphragm, graduated polystyrene (PS) funnel, and a collection bottle. It is basically used with a diaphragm vacuum pump, which provides pressure differentials for sample filtration.

Its spacious and well-designed bottle mouth ensures an effective and stable pouring of the sample. Meanwhile, the subsequent sample can be directly stored in the collection bottle.

It is ideal for filtering tissue culture fluids, biological fluids, antibodies, etc. Also, it is suitable for the sterile filtration of solutions that cannot be sterilization with high pressures or temperatures.
