Backwash Cleaning

Cleaning by pickling
Potassium dichromate or crystals are dissolved in water to 60 to 80 degrees, and concentrated sulphuric acid with a concentration of 94 is slowly added to sufficient amount. Add slowly and stir. When potassium sulfate is added to 1200 ml or completely dissolved, the color of the solution is dark red. At this time, the speed of adding concentrated sulfuric acid can be accelerated until it is completely added.
The function of the cleaning solution is to remove the general pollutants, grease, and impurities of metal particles on the wall of the sintered filter cartridge made of titanium powder, and to effectively kill bacteria and microorganisms that grow on the filter cartridge and destroy the heat source.
