1.Filling the tip

The pipette sleeve is pressed down firmly and can be rotated a small amount when needed.
Wrong operation: Hit the tip with force. This method can cause damage to the tip or even wear of the pipette sleeve, which affects its sealing.

2. Range setting

Please select the correct pipette before the operation. The pipette can operate within the range of 10-100%, but the operation at 10% range requires high pipetting skills, so it is recommended to operate within the range of 35-100%.

Range adjustment: When adjusting from small range to large range, it will rotate continuously in the direction of the required range, and the rotation will reach more than 1/3 turn of the required range and then call back to the required range. When adjusted from a large range to a small range, it is directly rotated continuously to the required range.

3. Rinse

Repeat the aspirate and drain two to three times with the same sample, and rinse to provide the same contact surface for each aspiration to ensure the consistency of operation.

Note: Please do not rinse the high temperature or low-temperature liquid!

4. Tip immersion angle

Try to keep the pipette vertical when aspirating, and the angle of inclination should not exceed 20°.
