About The SPE Cartridge Packing Type And Features

Solid phase extraction (SPE) has been recognized as a very useful sample pretreatment technique, as it can avoid many problems caused by liquid-liquid extraction, such as incomplete phase separation and lower quantitative analysis recovery, fragile glassware and large amounts of organic waste.
Compared to liquid-liquid extraction, SPE is more efficient, easy to achieve quantitative extraction, fast and automated, while reducing solvent usage and working time.
Packing type and features
1.Mixed-mode cation exchanger: A mixed adsorbent having strong cation exchange and reverse retention, which is highly selective for alkaline analytes, stable in organic solvents.
2.Weak cation exchanger: Weak cation exchange and reverse retention complex mechanism, which is used to retain and release strongly alkaline analytes, stable in organic solvents.
3.Mixed-mode Anion Exchanger: A mixed adsorbent with strong anion exchange and reverse retention. Highly selective for acidic analytes, stable in organic solvents.
4.Weak Anion Exchanger: Weak anion exchange and reverse retention complex mechanism, which is used to retain and release strongly acidic analytes, stable in organic solvents.
5.Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance: Hydrophilic-lipophilic balance chemical structure, strong hydrophobic water-inflatable polymer adsorbent, even after drying, it still has good retention of analytes and it is stable in many organic solvents.
6.Reverse-Phase-Chromatography: Styrene/divinylbenzene as matrix polymer adsorbent
7.C18-Reverse-Phase: A hydrophobic silica matrix C18 bonded phase for the enrichment of analytes in aqueous phase samples.
8.C8-Reverse-Phase: Medium hydrophobic
9.spherical silica  NH2: The surface of the adsorbent is weakly alkaline.
10.Spherical silica  CN: It is weaker than silica gel under positive conditions. It is less hydrophobic than C18/C8 in the reverse condition.
