Production Technique And Matched Application Of Glass Solvent Filter

Why We Choose Vacuum Filtration?
Vacuum filtration is highly appreciated by scientists as the ideal technique. Suction is applied to a mixture of liquid and solid to get the fast and efficient results when we need to separate and keep the precipitate safe from a solution.
On the one hand, vacuum filtration has lots of advantages. Gravity filtration uses the force of gravity to pull a solvent through a filter and leave the insoluble solids behind. Vacuum filtration is set up with a Buchner funnel set into a flask with a sidearm to be connected to a vacuum, and the filter paper is placed over the base of a Buchner funnel. Vacuum from Hawach diaphragm vacuum pumps can be applied to pull the liquid through the paper. Due to the force of vacuum, vacuum filtration is faster and more efficient at removing residual liquid and give out a purer solid than gravity filtration.
On the other hand, vacuum filtration sometimes carries more risk of losing some of the solids if you can not handle it with care. And it should be used only to collect insoluble solids because the vacuum will increase the loss of the low boiling solvent from boiling off.
Hawach vacuum filtration products are always recommended for well-prepared laboratories and for the scientists who want more accurate and efficient results.
Methods of Matched Application
The product is best used with a filter bottle and an air pump. There is a thin glass nozzle on the side of the filter bottle, and the glass nozzle is connected to the pump with a hard snake skin tube. Find a rubber plug of the right size, punch a slightly tighter hole in the middle, put it on the big hole above the filter bottle, plug it up, plug the sand core filter into the hole of the rubber plug, start the pumping pump, and use the negative pressure to filter quickly.
